This book would have been impossible to write without the tireless energy and passionate commitment of Kelly O’Connor. In addition to providing excellent research, editorial direction and relevant content, she did a fantastic job of helping me find my voice on these topics. She has a great writing style and is a true storyteller. She also did a great job of keeping this project afloat while I juggled a lot of different responsibilities as Managing Partner of SkyBridge Capital.
