From time to time, Customer and Consultant may agree on certain services to be performed under this Agreement, and in that case, shall prepare a statement of work in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A ("Statement of Work"). Each Statement of Work, upon execution by both of the parties hereto, will be incorporated into this Agreement. Consultant shall perform for Customer the services ("Services") described in each Statement of Work. Customer shall perform the tasks designated as the responsibility of Customer, if any, set forth in the statement of Work. Where Services are to be performed upon Customer's premises, Customer shall provide the following as reasonably required by Consultant at Customer's premises: office space, telephone, and high-speed Internet connections. ...
