It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Summary
While humility as a concept works all across the world and results in the same positive effects, there is some difference as to how strongly it is being lived in different countries. In addition, the manager who wishes to express humility must adapt to the different needs of different cultures in order to be effective.
