So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

So far, I’ve laid out the process for selecting appropriate chart forms for visualizing quantitative information, and introduced visual concepts and metaphors to illustrate nonquantitative ideas. However, if you’re like many who face the challenge of mastering these skills, you know it takes time, patience, and, most of all, practice, practice, and more practice. That’s why I offer this section.
In it, you’ll find three things:
