So far, I’ve laid out the process for selecting appropriate chart forms for visualizing quantitative information, and introduced visual concepts and metaphors to illustrate nonquantitative ideas. However, if you’re like many who face the challenge of mastering these skills, you know it takes time, patience, and, most of all, practice, practice, and more practice.
