Dealing with Radio Receiver System EMI
There are several strategies that can improve the EMI and noise performance of a radio communications receiver. Some methods are available for after-market use with existing receivers, while others are only practical when designing a new receiver. Before studying this chapter you should be familiar with receiver technology (see Chapter 16). Additional information on solving receiver EMI is found in Chapter 12 dealing with interference to television receivers. You are advised to read that chapter also.
