Everyone can obtain a copy of their credit report free once a year from each of the three major credit-reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You can order your free credit reports online at https://www.annualcreditreport.com or by phone at 1-877-322-8228. You can also mail an Annual Credit Report Request Form, which you may obtain at the FTC’s Web site of www.ftc.gov, to Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O.
