I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Construction
Construction builds the system in a series of iterations. Each iteration is a mini-project. You do analysis, design, coding, testing, and integration for the use cases assigned to each iteration. You finish the iteration with a demo to the user and perform system tests to confirm that the use cases have been built correctly.
The purpose of this process is to reduce risk. Risk often appears because difficult issues are left to the end of the project. I have seen projects in which testing and integration are left to the end. Testing and integration are big tasks, and they always take longer than people think.
