Paul Robichaux has been working with Exchange since version 4.0 and still finds new things to learn about it each day. A long-time contributing editor for Windows IT Pro, he currently works as a global principal consultant at Dell, focusing on Exchange and Lync. He’s a Microsoft Exchange MVP and teaches the unified messaging portion of the Microsoft Certified Master | Exchange program.
