It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 10. UNIX Futures
System vendors will be making various fault management improvements over the next few years. Systems themselves are becoming more resilient. More monitors are being written to detect events, and system vendors are providing facilities to make troubleshooting and recovering from problems easier. This chapter describes some of the capabilities being added by the two key UNIX server providers, Sun and Hewlett-Packard.
