So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You’ve probably started to formulate ideas for your own custom diagram types. Maybe your company needs a special flavor of an existing template, or you are salivating at the idea of creating your own SmartShapes that will save you time.
You can get pretty far by creating your own libraries of existing shapes, or importing clip art and then building a template. But it gets really interesting ...
