8. Building the Framework Toolkit

You might never have given any real thought to many of the elements described in the previous five chapters. Others, you may have worked into your vocabulary long ago and never examined again. Either way, you may have missed opportunities. If you’ve never really taken a hard look at the design of a registration form, for example, your form’s completion rate may be less than it could be.
