It may be my age. It may be the exercise regimen I employ as I try desperately to lose weight. It may be my refusal to use stimulant drugs of any kind, including those delivered through coffee and tea. Whatever the reason, I like to nap.
It is not unusual for me to lie down in the middle of the day and wake up two or three hours later, wondering where the time has gone. I suspect that my napping behavior is abnormal.
