When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Why does DeFi matter? Concluding thoughts
Has any financial disruption created as much noise and hype as crypto? If it has, I’m happy to be corrected, but I can think of nothing quite so polarizing and attention-grabbing in modern finance. It has provided a clash of cultures, vibrant imagery and novel discussions of what our financial lives and institutions should look like. It’s easy to look at the worst excesses and write it off as a passing fad or a Trojan horse for illegal activity, but there is something much, much deeper going on. It is perhaps reductive to weave every aspect of this into one narrative, so instead I’d like to conclude with a series of observations. Here goes.
