Chapter 9. Creating and Modifying Basic Site Features
Once you have a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0) site and know how to create new pages, the next steps are to provide content, navigation, and a consistent look and feel. If your site consists entirely of SharePoint lists and libraries, and if the default page layouts are acceptable, you can use the collaboration and meetings templates that come right out of the box with WSS 3.0.
