The Internet is a rich source of health information. Not all of it is accurate or up-to-date, so you will need to use a little critical thinking when analyzing what you find. There are, however, many sites with doctor-approved data on a wide variety of illnesses, injuries, and ailments, as well as information on proactively maintaining health and wellness. And the social media outlets help you connect with those who share in your particular health interests.
