Since the advent of the Internet, it has become easier than ever to make a fashion statement. The Web yields so much choice with respect to shopping and style. This chapter covers all aspects of fashion: shopping sites, accessories, beauty, street style, home furnishings, high fashion, and career clothing. However, we’ve opted to include more new sites and concepts rather than sites promoting well-established brands. After you’ve selected an outfit, Web 2.0 now offers the opportunity to share your style with others through social networking sites, user video channels, and blogs.
