So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 10. Insurance in the Home Office
Insurance needs of home office workers vary. If you are starting your own business, you may want health insurance and life insurance—those benefits you used to received when you worked for an outside firm. However, even telecommuters will want to be sure they have certain kinds of insurance to cover equipment and other items they may have in their home. It's impossible for any book to cover all aspects of insurance for every possible need. That's why we recommend you meet with a financial planner or insurance broker and at least listen and gauge what they may have to say about your specific needs. However, here are some basics to get you started.
