I can’t tell you what to do as, unfortunately, we can’t include everybody and we can’t design for all. At least, in the literal sense. But we might not even have to, in the majority of cases. In order to design and, consequently, develop a website that can be used by as many people as possible, we need to identify which people are going to use our product in the first place.
