Deployment Options
The ability to write, compile, and package application code and application-specific settings on one system, then deploy that package on disparate systems is a powerful part of the J2EE architecture. ColdFusion is a certified J2EE application. ColdFusion 8 provides three methods for deploying applications to other ColdFusion servers:
