It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter presents a framework for use case modeling.
When we the begin to develop a use case model, we need to understand what we want to accomplish, what our end result will look like, and how we are going to get there. Although use case modeling can appear to be very simple at first, it becomes clear during a project that use case modeling must be performed in a disciplined, well thought-out manner. This chapter introduces a process framework for applying system use cases.
