Abstract
The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) technology improves healthcare system sensor data collection for heart disease diagnosis and prognosis. This research aims to predict cardiovascular disease using medical data and imaging. Two-stage healthcare data classification and prediction are offered. The second stage is unnecessary if the first predicts cardiovascular disease. Echocardiography pictures were categorized to predict heart disease after the initial data classification utilizing patient sensors. The hybrid Faster R-CNN with SE-ResNet-101 model for sensor input and hybrid linear discriminant analysis with modified ant lion optimization (HLDA-MALO) classified echocardiogram pictures.
