Even though Agile is not in its infancy anymore, it is still an often described, discussed and debated topic. The myriad of agile frameworks and methodologies and variations and combinations thereof, often organisation-specific, show that people are still struggling to find a way that works for them and reap more of Agile’s potential benefits.
Ironically, these frameworks and methods often trigger behaviour that goes against the very first value of the Agile Manifesto: ‘Individuals and interactions over processes and tools.’ Can yet another book on agile offer a different path?
