So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this chapter we will consider the process for finalising deliverables and handing them over to the business. When an Agile product is delivered it needs to be implemented and used. One project I looked at, a hospital catering system, had been completed for two years and was not being used.
