Accept the terms and conditions by checking the checkbox, and then click the DOWNLOAD ANDROID STUDIO FOR WINDOWS button:
When the download is complete, run the file you just downloaded. It has a name that starts android-studio-ide…, while the end of the name of the file will vary ...
