The README folder/file

This is a folder that can be replaced by a simple markdown README.md file. It is an optional feature but it is highly recommended when you are planning to share your roles. It acts as a documentation for the role: it can contain anything that might be useful for first-time users of the role from a simple description of the task delivered by the role, to instructions and requirements to set up this role on their environment. It might also contain some best practices and information about the author and contributors if it is built by a team.
