Microsoft Expression Blend 4 is available at www.microsoft.com/expression/products/blend_overview.aspx; you can download the trial version and use it for 60 days for free, or you can buy it through the Microsoft web site. Expression Blend is available in the Ultimate version of Microsoft Expression Studio, which also includes the SketchFlow plug-in; it is not sold separately anymore, and it is not available in the Professional edition. It is also part of the MSDN Ultimate subscription, which gives you an awful lot of extra stuff.
