As I’ve mentioned before, one of the biggest pitfalls when you first start out is trying to do everything yourself. Not only is this impossible, it will prevent you from earning your potential income. Your time should be reserved for two things and two things only: making offers and raising private money. Take time to make offers that will bring in significant amounts of cash—not painting the walls or trying to figure out your tax returns.
