Abstract
The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has transformed healthcare by enabling medical devices to connect and exchange information through the Internet. The convergence of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and IoMT has resulted in the artificial intelligence of the Internet of Medical Things (AIoMT) paradigm, which has immense potential in healthcare delivery. This chapter provides an overview of how AIoMT is transforming the healthcare industry and unlocking the full potential of IoMT. It also reviews the cybersecurity aspects of this rapid technological advancement, including different cyber-attacks and threats, suggested countermeasures, and future directions. AIoMT has revolutionized healthcare by integrating AI and ML with IoMT, providing better diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. Through advanced data analytics and automation, AIoMT has the potential to enhance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases as well as improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
