Synopsis
Allows you to open a web or FTP log file for reading.
Parameters

strFileName This is the full filename and path to the log file. The name of the file is specific to the Extended Logging Properties set. This file is located, by default, in the c:\winnt\system32\logfiles directory. The web server logs are in the subdirectory \W3SVC1 and the FTP server log files are in the subdirectory \MSFTPSVC1. The following filenames are possible name formats for the web server log file itself:
- exyymmddhh.log
Hourly log files.
- exyymmdd.log
Daily log files.
- exyymmww.log
Weekly log files.
- exyymm.log
Monthly log files.
- extend#.log
Unlimited file size and specific file size log files. The "#" is replaced with a specific number starting with 1.

lngIOMode Optional. The mode with which you wish to open the log file. It can be one of the following constants or its corresponding Long value:

ForReading (1) Opens
strFileNamefor read-only access. This is the default value.-
ForWriting (2) Opens
strFileNamefor read/write access.

strServiceName Optional. Allows you to specify a server service. For example, you can view those records that have as their service a specific name, such as W3SVC or MSFTPSVC.
