As we look back on all the attacks and breaches throughout the past few decades, we come to a startling revelation: “What if I didn’t…?” Human beings, with all of our emotional flaws, are prime attack vectors for social engineering. Simply put, we are prone to gullibility, ignorance, arrogance, and, often, carelessness. With this in mind, how do we “patch” people? How do we improve the “HumanOS,” so we don’t make these mistakes?
