How to do it...
- Once the AI account is created, navigate to the Overview tab and grab Instrumentation Key , as shown in the following screenshot:
- Navigate to Function Apps for which you would like to enable monitoring and go to Application settings , as shown in the following screenshot:
- Add a new key with the name APPINSIGHTS_INSTRUMENTATIONKEY and provide the instrumentation key that you have copied from the AI account, shown as follows, and click on Save to save the changes:
