It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
There’s a good chance that the motivation for reading this book is much more than just a passing interest in agile theory or curiosity about all of the hullabaloo. Perhaps there’s a new agile role in the offing or maybe an opportunity looming to run a project differently?
