with expert evidence. Shortly before admission, the

pupils attend the May Preparation for Practice

course, covering workshops on vulnerable witnesses,

longer motions, reclaiming motions, negotiation and

mediation, as well as carrying out civil and criminal

appeals before a serving judge.

Intrants who have passed all the necessary exams

and undergone the necessary professional training as

well as successfully completing their pupillage may
