Daniel (Dan) Kirsch is the head of community at the emerging causal AI startup, Geminos Software, where he is connecting customers who have a business need for causal AI with people who have both causal inference and the subject-matter expertise. Dan has spent nearly two decades helping organizations understand how disruptive technologies can propel their business forward and working with emerging technology vendors to position their technologies to meet business challenges.

Dan has launched and managed multiple analyst and consulting organizations. Dan was managing director and cofounder of Techstrong Research. At Techstrong Research, Dan launched a consulting, IT industry analyst, and thought leadership organization focused on how emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics are impacting businesses. As a member of the Techstrong Group's executive team, Dan delivered keynote speeches and trainings and led strategy workshops for both technology vendors and end-user groups.

Prior to Techstrong, Dan served as managing director at Hurwitz & Associates, an analyst and consulting firm where he led research in the areas of data and AI, modern software development, security, and multicloud computing.
