So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
I wish to stress from the outset of this explanation of chemical plant commissioning that it is my intent in this handbook to offer a very practical and comprehensive “what do I really have to do” approach to turning an assortment of pipes, tanks, reactors, valves, instruments, cables, control systems, pumps, fans, compressors, the process, into a fully operational production unit designed for whatever purpose devised.
As such, perhaps some more detailed and specific points pertinent to, say, the consideration of contracts will not be found in great detail.
