I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Daniel Donnelly is a Software Engineer at IBM Hursley in the UK. He has
worked with CICSPlex SM as a Tester and Developer since joining IBM as a
graduate in 2001. For the past four years he has worked as the Lead Developer
of the WUI. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing Science from the University of
Ulster and an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford. He is
also a Chartered IT Professional and a Chartered Engineer.
Gordon Keehn is an Advisory Software Engineer in the United States. He has
