Chapter 6. Problem determination
In this chapter we discuss the use of the WUI for problem determination in a
CICSplex. The customized screens from Chapter 5, “WUI view modification and
customization” on page 177, could be used in finding and sometimes correcting
problems with:
Storage
VSAM File control
DB2
Real Time Analysis
We also use the historical collection facility as an example of assisting us in post
problem determination experienced in a CICSplex environment.
