Cisco provides tools that can make managing your Cisco CallManager system simpler and faster. The Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) helps you perform add, update, export, and delete operations on a large number of users or devices through a single transaction. The CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR) tool helps you manage billing records, among many other tasks. In addition to these manageability tools, there are several monitoring tools.
