I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Die Windows Azure Platform ist als Ergänzung der klassischen Microsoft-Plattform zu verstehen. Azure ist also weder als Nachfolger noch als Ersatz für bestehende Microsoft-Technologien zu sehen. Analog bedeutet die Verfügbarkeit von Azure eine Erweiterung von Möglichkeiten für die Anwendungsentwicklung, ohne dass bestehende Anwendungen notwendigerweise komplett migriert werden müssten. In vielen Fällen ist dies nicht gewünscht oder gar nicht möglich. Dennoch ist es sinnvoll, sich der neuen Möglichkeiten und der Herausforderungen bewusst zu werden, um sich schrittweise auf Azure vorzubereiten und letztlich Azure als einen Bestandteil zukünftiger Entscheidungen zur Architektur von Softwaresystemen zu etablieren. ...
