So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Six Sigma has come a long way since it was invented in the 1980s at Motorola. In today’s world, Six Sigma is a holistic approach to business improvement and includes philosophy, multiple performance measurements, multiple improvement frameworks, and a toolkit, all of which are intended to complement and enhance existing engineering, service, and manufacturing processes.
