ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Dan Roberts is a 30-year veteran of the IT industry and the CEO and President of Ouellette & Associates Consulting, Inc. He is a contributing author of several books, including Unleashing the Power of IT (Wiley, 2013) and Leading IT Transformation. Dan is a frequent key-note speaker at CIO and IT industry events and is often quoted in leading industry journals. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business & Economics.

Since 1984, Dan's firm Ouellette & Associates Consulting, Inc., has been focused on developing the human side of technology. Believing that there has never been a better time to be in the IT profession, he is passionate about closing the IT skills gap and developing the next generation of IT leaders.

Dan is on the board of Darkhorse Benefits, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is helping military veteran's successfully transition into IT careers while expanding the talent pool for the IT industry.

Dan is also on the Leadership Development Advisory Board of the CIO Executive Council.

Dan has two grown children. He and his wife reside in New Hampshire and Kennebunk, Maine.
