One of the most severe organizational dangers is workplace victimization (Solas, 2015). The propensity toward this type of abuse in government organizations, as well as in private ones, is most disturbing because of its bearing on the fate of ever increasing numbers of organizations and personnel. Workplace victimization is a particularly poisonous strain of organizational malice. It includes bullying, harassment, “mobbing,” and more (Solas, 2015).
