Author
Gerald J. Watson Jr. is a Vietnam veteran who graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS and an MS in Industrial Management. He spent 30 years working with several companies in different industries as an industrial engineer, plant engineer, and safety team manager before returning to earn a PhD in Industrial Engineering from NC A&T. He has taught at the community college and university levels for over 20 years, where his main focus in teaching is to make students think and effectively communicate orally and in writing.
