Behavioral science studies indicate that consequences are four times more effective in creating desired behaviors than providing information via traditional awareness campaigns. Gamification is essentially a formalized process used to build meaningful consequences into your awareness program, and therefore should be four times more effective at achieving desired behavior changes than your other efforts.
