I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Keywords, Titles, and Event Info
The thumbnails don't have to speak for themselves. You can opt to have helpful text appear beneath each one: its name, its rating, its tags, and so on.
iPhoto. From the View menu, choose Ratings, Titles, or Keywords to make these text bits appear.
Picasa. From the View→Thumbnail Caption submenu, specify what you want to appear beneath each thumbnail: Filename, Caption, Tags, or Resolution (the photo's size, in pixels).
