With 20 years of experience, Frank has worked as an implementation consultant, project manager, management consultant, business manager, industry analyst and strategist. Frank has a background as Research VP at Gartner and currently holds the position of Vice President and Fellow at one of the largest software vendors in the world. Frank is also a visiting fellow at Cranfield University school of Management. Frank has authored more than a hundred papers and articles, and is author of various books, including Performance Leadership (McGraw-Hill, 2008).
