By now, I’m hoping I’ve convinced you on the argument of why accessibility and inclusion are essential. And we’ve covered what each platform is capable of and why. But when and how should you use each of the tools Google and Apple have created for you? In this chapter, we’ll discuss some of the techniques you can use to improve your app’s experience for different people. In no specific order, we’ll cover different groups of people and discuss some of the ways you can make your app more inclusive.
