Physical and motor considerations assist people who struggle with multi-touch gestures; if, for example, someone had three fingers, they may need assistance to perform a four-finger gesture. Through to people who may have virtually no motor control at all, where switch control or voice control may help make the best use of what movement your user has available to them.
