Setting up the Docker host with Docker Machine

Earlier this year, Docker released Orchestration tools (https://blog.docker.com/2015/02/orchestrating-docker-with-machine-swarm-and-compose/) and Machine, Swarm, and Compose deploy containers seamlessly. In this recipe, we'll cover Docker Machine and look at the others in later chapters. Using the Docker Machine tool (https://github.com/docker/machine/), you can set up Docker hosts locally on cloud with one command. It is currently in beta mode and not recommended for production use.
