When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
Overall, some GCP have introduced in previous sections. Now you can start to set up Kubernetes on GCP VM instances using those components. You can even use open-source Kubernetes provisioning tools such as kops and kubespray too.
Google Cloud provides GKE On-Prem (https://cloud.google.com/gke-on-prem/), which allows the user to set up GKE on their own data center resources. As of January 2019, this is an alpha version and not open to everyone yet.
However, GCP has a managed Kubernetes service called GKE. Under the hood, this uses some GCP components such as VPC, VM instances, PD, firewall rules, and LoadBalancers.
Of course, as usual you can use the kubectl command to control your Kubernetes cluster on GKE, ...
